Verdict
The enigmatic Audiostreetdotcom is selected to finally get his head in front although Nocksky and Arden Hills are watched in the market for any signs of punter interest. Audiostreetdotcom has had more than one or two names levelled at him in the past and while he has had the tendency to be more than a little windy in a finish, he finally holds a realistic chance of landing a prize. He will be difficult to place in the future but at least the handicapper is giving him a chance off 90. Ultimately, it will be very much down to what is between the horse's ears as to whether he will win or not. Nocksky is of great interest on return from absence. He was a fair handicap hurdler a few years back and would have had no problems handling this bunch in his prime. Now eleven years young, he has obviously had training troubles and it was highly interesting to see that there was some each-way support for him last time out when he appeared in a handicap chase at WIncanton. Arden Hills would have a major chance on his third to Legal Lunch at Fontwell. That horse went on to finish fourth in a hot contest at the Aintree Grand National meeting having posted two subsequent scalps in non-selling grade. This is the right grade for Dante's Battle if not the right trip. Glanmerin looks to be a light of former days while Peter's Two Fun has simply lost the plot. Audiostreetdotcom is given the nod albeit without the benefit of market information.
