Verdict

VICTOR LEUDORUM appears to improving at a rate of knots judged on his defeat of King Edmund over a longer trip at Uttoxeter last month. The soft ground is a bit of an unknown but he will be just as much at home on the surface as Traditional Bob, who has also shown his best form over shorter trips and has to conceded 7lb if taking Gavin Sheehan's claim into consideration. It's very difficult to see many of the others getting involved though Kruseman didn't make a bad debut over hurdles when runner-up at Worcester.
