Verdict

Hoover Fever needs taking seriously on this handicap bow as she's shown ability in novice company and the 10lb claim of the stable conditional brings her down to a tempting mark. Take The High Road is another lightly-raced four-year-old to take note of in the market but CHANTECLER was always travelling really well when scoring easily here earlier in the month and a repeat of that effort would probably prove good enough despite a punishment of 11lb from the assessor. He looked much-improved the last day and can hopefully prove that to be the case here. Runner-up on that occasion, Billy My Boy, should get closer now on revised terms and the course and distance winner rates a decent each-way shout. However. Lord Fendale is seen as the prime danger on the back of two more than respectable runner-up efforts of late and has conditions to suit.
