Verdict

Madaa made a winning debut at Warwick in May but IZAYTE was only beaten a nose at Worcester in the same month with a subsequent winner back in third and can make a winning start for a new yard ahead of Down Royal third American Land, who has also switched stables, and the newcomer Mullins Bay. The latter is a full brother to staying chaser Monbeg Chit Chat and a half-brother to three other winners but this could prove an insufficient test of stamina. Perth winner Gun Runner Cash has struggled under penalties the last twice.
