In depth

Verdict

Bantam isn't straightforward but has been well placed to win a couple of modest events this summer and is bidding to emulate Bonne Fee, who defied a double penalty in this last year - trainer Henry Daly won this in 2013. Dry Ol'party is looking very one-paced but Starlight Sonata may do better now going hurdling and Bahri Sugar has won a bumper. PRECISION FIVE makes her hurdling debut but will know her job and won eight times on the Flat. She had a similar rating to Bantam on the level but is receiving 12lb today.
