In depth

Verdict

Sin Bin is proving hard to place over fences and again found one too good when favourite at Chepstow earlier this month. Velator has been equally frustrating of late and is getting no respite from the handicappers. But his last victory did come over this track and trip in September and he's capable when in the mood. THOMAS WILD's victory at Exeter came over a longer trip and he's 9lb higher. But he was in control a long way from home that day and was eased on the run-in. Now he's got his head in front, he may capable of defying the extra as winning hurdler Chill Factor was pulled up on his only previous try over fences.
