Verdict

Hobbesian War was bred for better things and needs a market check on his nursery bow whilst Miss Toldyaso and Till Dawn both have claims but don't appear to be anything out of the ordinary and look vulnerable to something with the potential to improve. Slugger Morant clearly has that and is respected but preference is for SENSATIONAL LOVE who started life in a competitive maiden at Goodwood. She is beginning to learn to settle and just lasted home at Windsor on her return from a break; she's been handed a fair mark, shouldn't have any problem with underfoot conditions although the drop back in trip isn't entirely certain to suit. Tony Hollis was back in third at Windsor and is closely matched at the weights but it's a little surprising to see him dropped in trip as his pedigree suggests that a step up rather than down would have been the way to go.
