        Verdict

        Shumookh has enough form to his name to land this at the expense of Uno and Ruse. The selection caught the eye on his debut when fourth to Diamond Shower at Leicester. He was not beaten all that far that day and was a little green in his attitude so improvement is on the cards. Uno has improved with each run and was not disgraced when third at Newmarket last time out so any market moves should be noted. Ruse comes from a yard that does well in these races and Ruse ran with great credit when fourth on his seasonal reappearance so should be noted. But for the winner we return to Shmookh.
