Hyperlink is ridden by an amateur with a fine record this summer and looks worthy of a place on the short-list after his recent second to EBONY EXPRESS at Windsor. However, the winner won with a bit in hand on the heavy ground and a 4lb rise took manageable so he's taken to complete a hat-trick. Pivotman won under today's pilot at Pontefract in August and should again go well while May Be Some Time and Euston Square have experienced riders on board, which can count for a great deal in these conditions.
