Another tricky contest to end proceedings. Debdebdeb won at Kempton in February and Two No Bids won a Wolverhampton maiden last month when Eric The Grey was back in third. Duke Of Yorkshire has become expensive to follow, however, while Diletta Tommasa only beat one home last time having only won a three-runner race earlier. THWART was very green last year but did catch the eye when a staying-on third over 7f at Warwick in October. Her half-brother Monopoli won over 1m1f so there is every chance that Ralph Beckett's filly will stay further this term and she gets a tentative vote to get off the mark on her reappearance. Standing Bear should be capable of better this year and looks best of the rest ahead of Shockingdancer.
