Verdict
EXCITING NEWS (NAP) can be forgiven a below-par effort at Ascot last time and has every chance on an earlier second at Wetherby. She found only a subsequent Listed winner too good on that occasion with a future maiden winner back in third. Capuchinero also placed on last year’s debut while Thundershower drops down in trip on her first start since February and is preferred to another Godolphin runner in Valley Mist. Sunstone is a sister to a Group 3 winner and a half-sister to the brilliant Midday among others and is a newcomer to note.
