      Verdict

      Surprise Picture put a string of placed efforts behind him when successful at Yarmouth but faces tougher opposition today. Greatgadian is creeping closer having gone close at Epsom but drops back down in trip for this and ITKAANN makes more appeal. The latter should have come on for last month’s reappearance at Newbury having ended last season with a second over course and distance. Far Hope struggled in the testing ground at Ascot last time but is preferred to Enigmatic and Prize Fighting back on a fast surface and Soundslikethunder is another expected to do better dropping down in class today.
