Verdict

A trappy 'getting-out' stakes in which Bob Cowell runs three – jockey bookings would suggest the consistent More Spice is the stable selection. Lewisham should run well, despite top weight, while a case could also be made for Orient Class, who was more like his old self last time at Catterick. Mossgo is better on the all-weather, however, and can be slow out of the gate while Whipphound and Tancred step up a grade. CLASSIC PURSUIT made a promising start for new connections here 10 days ago and wouldn't need much more to go one better.
