Verdict

This isn't the strongest nursery ever run and Mahmood Al Zarooni's pair, Le Talisman and Shooting Jacket, have to go on the short-list despite heading the weights. The former is less exposed and jockey bookings suggest he's the stable pick. Beau Select won at Lingfield in June but ran a shocker there last time and Laughing Rock has more to do than when winning a Leicester seller on debut and now wears a hood. GIRL OF CADIZ is back on Turf after a couple of solid efforts over 7f on Polytrack. She started favourite last time and may be worth another chance here with promising young French rider Rufus Vergette able to claim his full allowance. Zero Game tackles handicap company for the first time and could also go well, though disappointed when dropped into this grade at Wolverhampton last month.
