      Verdict

Vasily has to come into the reckoning on the back of a second in similar company at Windsor. Fennell Bay is capable at this level on his day though lightly-raced stablemate Pitchoun and the unexposed Cranach make more appeal. Centurius is not out of this if taking his chance but was engaged to run at Leicester yesterday so the vote goes to TRADER JACK. A close-up fourth to Prince Of Johanne in a hot handicap at Sandown last time, this longer trip is no problem and Roger Charlton's charge can come out best.
