In depth
Verdict
The Godolphin camp run both Gold Heritage and Masquerader her and with Frankie choosing to ride the first named he looks the pick and can beat the Barry Hills trained Gringo. The selection has a top class pedigree being by Seeking The Gold out of a group one winning mare Heritage Of Gold. The betting will provide conclusive proof but he does look the one to be on . Masquerader hasn't lived up to his illustrious parentage but has only had two outings and so does have scope for improvement. After stumbling at the start, Gringo recovered well to finish a decent third behind Industrial Spirit at Warwick last time and there should be plenty more to come from this one. Anne Of Cleeves and Zaheyah are two others to keep an eye on in the betting, but Gold Heritage looks the part on paper and gets the decision.
