Verdict

This appears to be the weaker of the two divisions and INFINITUM is a confident selection to get off the mark. John Gosden's filly was turned over at very short odds at Epsom but that undulating track can work against some horses and having finished second at Salisbury to a horse that has gone on to win off a mark of 80 this makes her very hard to get away from. As a daughter of Selkirk, it's surprising that Disposition has never raced on a softer surface but she has had plenty of chances to break her duck and she will give the handicapper an idea as to the merit of the form. Muqantara realised US $450 000 as a yearling so she has a lot to live up to. Connections have taken a softly softly approach as far as getting to the racecourse has been concerned so we are happy to wait for another day.
