Verdict

Gangway was beaten over track and trip in between winning on the all-weather and most of the remainder step up in trip. Sid's Annie bids for a hat-trick on her debut on Turf while Shivraj went close at Hamilton on his handicap debut. Tidal Storm, Fifteenthamendment and AUSTRALIAN HARBOUR all go handicapping for the first time with a speculative vote going the way of Roger Varian’s colt on the strength of his third in novice company here as the winner of that race is now rated 84.
