STRONGBOWE beat Detective at Carlisle in July and is 4lb better off. He was an eye-catcher in a decent handicap at Newcastle last time after missing the break and Sean Kirrane takes off a handy 3lb. Sly Madam has been in great form but Intercessor should get closer than at Epsom last month with a big turnaround in the weights. Flylikeaneagle has won four of seven starts since joining Lucinda Russell and appears to have the beating of Just Amber on their run together here in July so can’t be ignored.
