          Verdict

          Andrea Doria was claimed after finishing third at Marseille in December and made a winning start for new connections back there on Boxing Day. She's moved yards again and should get into the money. Lady Arkadina is also claiming class and not the most consistent of performers but has managed to win twice so can't be discounted. MISTER MARIO is 0-18 but better on Turf than the all-weather and the fact that Barzalona, who was on board when he fell at Chantilly last time, hangs around to ride him here could be significant. Where Is Charlie is 0-31 but could still be good enough to get into contention in a very moderate handicap.
