Verdict

Ned Stark stayed on late behind VIENS CHERCHER here 12 days ago and would have needed the run but he has 11 lengths to find and is only 4lb better off. Peter Bowen’s top weight should complete a quick double as The Wicket Chicken was a tailed-off last at Southwell after grinding out a victory over further at Kelso. Blue Kascade has struggled lately but King’s Song won at Tramore in April before a couple of runs on the Flat.
