Verdict

Piper Hill won at Thurles for Tommy Stack in April and has since joined Donald McCain. He may not find this easy under a penalty, though, and preference is for COSMIC WONDER who looked as though his turn wasn't far away at Downpatrick during the week and is turned out again quickly here. Solidago didn't run badly at Aintree last time and is another with claims while Our Joey was third on last month's C&D debut and should improve. He's preferred to ex-pointer Castlelawn and the filly Madame Blavatsky of the others.
