In depth

Verdict

Pammi is intriguing as she hasn't been seen over timber for 358 days but six of her seven hurdling wins have come here. She returned on the Flat last month from a 321-day absence and has finished last of nine, nine and eight on her three starts. The market may suggest which way to go with her. Boomslang went well on both runs last month, is a leading light on the form and Brian Hughes is booked. She's open to progression over hurdles and this first try at three miles should not present a problem. Lockdown Leader found his first form for almost a year when a close second here over this trip and is respected if in the same mood, but STARLYTE keeps giving the impression she can improve on previous efforts and is worth another shot over this trip with ground to suit.
