Toran Road gets the confident vote in this novices' handicap chase with Eriskay and Star Fever rating the main dangers. The selection won well in his native Ireland last time out when beating Akasian. That form looks solid and the fact that he is better handicapped in England than Ireland drops a big hint and under conditions that suit he looks the one to be on. Eriskay rates the main danger on his best form but he is continually let down by his jumping and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Star Fever is another that could go well on his latest third behind Panama At Once but he is very one-paced and he looks to have plenty of weight for what he has actually achieved. Of the remainder, Caipiroska has shown ability in the past but may need the run after a 727 day absence and for the winner we return to Toran Road who looks well handicapped.
