Verdict

SCOTTSDALE has been progressing nicely in bumpers and won with some ease at Market Rasen last time. That form sets the standard here and he shouldn’t have too much difficulty following up. Rubbing Shoulders can be rated better than the bare result after losing ground at the start on his Downpatrick debut and should improve significantly for the run. Lafterlands is the pick of the newcomers and has to be respected for a trainer with an excellent record in this sphere. Of the rest, Ginny Brig may be capable of improving on her two outings at this course so far if learning to settle better early on.
