Verdict
With Tony McCoy out injured Rodi Greene should add a few winners to his tally for the Pipe stable, with Lirfox confidently predicted to help his cause-only Another Joker can be fancied to make a race of it with the odds-on favourite. Lirfox was highly tried on her British debut, taking in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, and although fading out of contention after making the early running, showed enough to suggest that she could win decent races. Placed efforts over hurdles at Liverpool and Ayr were the launchpad for what promises to be a highly successful career over fences judged on her two facile victories at Hereford. She bolted up again at Market Rasen on Saturday, her task made easier when Brother Joe was withdrawn. She looks ready now to meet better company but her trainer has decided to mop up against lesser opposition until the autumn. Lirfox should have little more than an exercise canter, with Another Joker not in the same league-and he is best of the rest. The eight-year-old, on practically a selling rating, is asked to concede a pound to his younger rival and is surely not up to the task. The rest are very hard to fancy indeed and this should be a cakewalk for Lirfox who can make it two wins in two days.
