Verdict

Gold Bullet, Josh Deets and Mister Pagan all won on their respective debuts, the latter having Lord Of Drums back in third when scoring over C&D last month. Our Joey is another C&D winner but they all have penalties to carry and could struggle to give weight to CAPTAIN PIERCE. Gordon Elliott boasts a 50 per cent strike rate with his bumper horses here and this son of Hawkeye is sure to know his job. Maison De Ville is another newcomer worth noting if the market speaks in her favour.
