Verdict

Flat winner Prince Imperial looked sure to make a winning debut over hurdles here last month when leading over the last. But he was worried out of it close home and may have to settle for a place again in this behind MASTER CHEWY, who is deserving of a change of luck having come up against decent novices in his three runs to date over timber. Swapped hasn’t shown much aptitude for hurdling so far but Hansard got off the mark at the first time of asking at Huntingdon, though now carries a penalty and the form of that race hasn’t worked out.
