Verdict

Third behind a couple of subsequent winners at Ludlow in October, Classic Lord had the proverbial ton in hand at Fontwell last month and will make a bold bid to defy his penalty. Pyrotechnic found only one too good at Lingfield following a pipe-opener at Ascot and Onewayortother should improve on a third at Newbury. But GOODWIN had market rival Avada Kedavra almost two lengths behind when second on his hurdling debut here four weeks ago with the winner running well under a penalty in a better race at Newbury on Saturday.
