Verdict
A bit of a headscratcher closes the card with the selection being Indefensible ahead of Lord Appellare, Mitre Peak and Turnthetapsoff. There is not too much to go on here so the Evan Williams-trained Indefensible, who cost 26,000 guineas as a three-year-old, could prove to be the one to beat. Both Lord Appellare, who was second at Huntingdon last time, and Mitre Peak, who was second at Towcester, have both shown ability and could give the selection the most to do. That said, it would be no surprise to see the Seamus Mullins-trained Turnthetapsoff show up well on his debut. For the selection, though, we will stick with Indefensible.
