Verdict
Goring Two won this back in 2011 and Petit Ecuyer was successful a year ago. Neither are running well enough to consider and the latter was a long way behind BALL HOPPER here early last month when Richenda Ford's veteran won easily. He wasn't beaten far under a penalty at Exeter a week later and can get back on the winning trail. Humbel Ben is on an 8lb lower mark than when last successful just over a year ago and hasn't been running badly but Black Narcissus, a winner over 2m7f at Exeter in March, could find this on the short side.
