Verdict
Pilca is given the vote here with Ede's and Victory Sign the best of the rest. The selection hails from the Martin Pipe yard and ran well when a close third behind Imtihan last time at Taunton. He failed to settle on that day but with A P McCoy taking over in the plate he looks the one to beat. Ede's looks the main danger on his close second behind It's Rumoured at Stratford last time. That was his hurdling debut so he is bound to come on for the run and he could run our selection close. Victory Sign is the other that should be considered as he has shown a fair level of form over hurdles and could be capable of running on into a place. The rest will have to improve to trouble the principles and for the winner we return to Pilca.
