Verdict
Spider Boy, Up The Pub and Supreme Sir are three against the field in another tight affair and the tentative nomination is given to Up The Pub. The selection was fourth behind Hazlejack last time out on ground softer than ideal and with this faster surface back in his favour he looks the value bet in an open affair. Spider Boy finished in front of the selection last time out and meets him on the same terms here but all his best form is with more cut in the ground and for that reason he is opposed. Supreme Sir was a fair fifth behind Sissinghurst Storm last time and is another with place claims but he has yet to prove he stays this far and is overlooked for that reason. Of the remainder Kappelhoff is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is hard to win with while Reach The Clouds looks past his best and with this in mind for the winner we return to Up The Pub.
