Roger Curtis' mare is unlikely to be far away again while Midnight Belle won at Ludlow before finishing third at Taunton and can't be ignored under a decent 7lb claimer. Old Dreams would also have a chance on her best form while a case could be made for Lady From Geneva and Marie Deja La but Egretta Island appears to have lost her way. MIDNIGHT LIRA is still a maiden but she was beaten less than five lengths by the in-form Jupiter Rex at Taunton last time and a repeat of that run would put her back in the firing-line here. Little Roxy often makes the frame but usually at a lower level than this.
