      Verdict

      Zain Farhh, a half-brother to three winners, would not not need to be anything special to show up well in a race like this. Aegis Power has placed in five of his seven starts but hasn’t raced since a poor performance at Leicester in April after which he was gelded. Scottish Wind will have a hurdling campaign mapped out and Reach, placed at Redcar and Beverley, could also end up among the jumping ranks. SOBEGRAND was hampered and then ran green when second at Kempton and normal progress should see the Gosdens’ colt, a half-brother to four winners, land this with the minimum of fuss.
