        Verdict

        EQUITY RISK is given another chance despite disappointing at Windsor in May. He was having his first start since October and dropping down in trip and though never getting into contention ran better than his finishing position suggests. Deauville Prince returned to winning ways at Chester last month when there was plenty of give in the ground so some more rain would aid his cause. Slingsby is back over his best trip but has shot up the ratings while Nameitwhatyoulike had Tumblewind behind when scoring at Ripon in May, though that was on soft going.
