Dolphin Rock has won three times in the past year and may be a few pounds high but STAFF SERGEANT has won off higher marks so looks the one to be on. He won a Musselburgh handicap in May and has been given a break since a moderate run on very fast ground at Carlisle a fortnight later. Paramour is consistent enough in this sort of grade but Steel Stockholder's victories are confined to class 5 handicaps these days. The Osteopath is aiming for his 10th victory and would be a threat if the going eases.
