    Verdict

    Three-year-olds have a good record in this and STATUTORY, who produced a fine run behind Caucus in a Newmarket Listed event last time, can keep up the sequence. Riptide scored over the course and distance last time by 10l but that was a class 5 handicap and this is very much better company. Mutual Regard as run two excellent races at around this trip after scoring at Ffos Las while Almagest couldn't cope with soft ground at Ayr after scoring twice in faster conditions.
