Verdict
Broadway Score runs here in preference to the Handicap earlier on, but he is from a yard that has yet to get into full swing, while Lingo, although talented, will surely find this ground too fast for him. This can safely be left to the tough mare Lady Bear. She comes here in decent nick and will certainly find this easier than when tackling the likes of Pawn Broker, Compton Bolter and company at Ascot last month. Persian Lightning looks the sort to make up into a better four-year-old, and while he looks to have something to find on the book, he is not to be underestimated, but Kylkenny, who has been in excellent form on the All-Weather, looks to have plenty to do at this level, even allowing for the fact that he is a dual course and distance winner.
