        Verdict

        Plenty of deadwood in this and it should just concern the four runners, Blakeshall Boy, Blackheath, Brecongill lad and Storyteller. Blakeshall Boy, visored for the first time, looks the one to beat. Brecongill Lad will be more at home over this trip, after failing to get home at Southwell, while at his best, Blackheath would pick these up and carry them. Course and distance winner Storyteller, comes here in good heart and looks sure to run well from stall two.
