        Verdict

        Complication, Lake Charlotte, Maddie's A Jem and Favour are the four we like here and the vote is given to Complication. The selection won well last time to defeat Legal Set and that came on the back of a number of consistent efforts. She has won over this course and distance and with conditions to suit she should take plenty of stopping. Lake Charlotte won well last time at Beverely when beating Sir Loin but this is more difficult and she still looks to have plenty to prove. Maddie's A Jem ran well below her form last time at Yarmouth behind Prime Recreation and she would certainly have claims here if that most recent run was ignored. Favour hasn't won for over a year but does have ability and can't be totally ruled out, but for the winner we return to Complication.
