Verdict

This could become tactical if Atlantic Affair is allowed a soft lead in a race in which all five have claims. The Johnson charge has hardly beaten a rival home in her last two starts but it wouldn't surprise if she returned to form. Pearl Earing would have needed her first run for Karl Burke and has enough weight to deal with but she did win a couple for David Wachman in Ireland last term and isn't ruled out. Arethusa was progressive at two and retains scope for progress but LA DOROTEA has been competing at a higher level of late and should appreciate this drop in class. She is a hopeful choice with Jack Garrity taking off a useful 3lb. Two In The Pink isn't the most reliable but has a chance at her best.
