Round The Island has been a standing dish here down the years and won this 12 months ago, though he’s been getting no respite from the handicapper this season. Mark's Choice has had a disappointing campaign and has switched stables but Rhythm is starting to look well treated and One More Dream won under Gianluca Sanna at Catterick last month. Only beaten a length over course and distance in July when 4lb higher in the weights, ATOMISE drops back in trip and gets another chance, despite a high draw, as Newcastle winner Grey Force One has been racing over further. Gentle Ellen is another drawn high but Havana Pursuit has decent claims in a race like this.
