In depth
Verdict
Not a race to risk the mortgage but Franks Quest could be the one to be on with Lord Of Methley and Plausabelle rated as the main dangers. The selection has had a busy winter on the all-weather without threatening getting his head in front. His turf form is generally of a better standard and if he can repeat the form of his claimer victory at Ripon last summer he will be hard to beat. Lord Of Methley managed a couple of victories last season, at Ripon and Thirsk. Overall his form was a shade inconsistent but if he puts his best foot forward he could easily manage a place. Plausabelle is from a top yard and showed signs of ability on occasions and can't be discounted. Peartree House has some decent form in the past and is worth noting in the market, but this time around we will stick with Franks Quest.
