West Coast is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Just Wonderful and two others winners but a wide draw tempers enthusiasm so a chance is taken with PERFECT THUNDER, who finished first past the post in a Dundalk barrier trial last month. Joseph O’Brien has done well with similar types and she gets the nod though Tartan Skirt also ran very well in a trial at Dundalk.
