Both of Popong's victories came over 2m4f on good going but there was nothing wrong with his placed effort behind Turnpike Trip over the minimum in a Grade 3 at Tipperary. AUTHORIZED ART made a successful debut for Willie Mullins over this track and trip and though a bit disappointing in a stronger event at Galway in July the stable is in much better form now. Poseidon has come up against a couple of useful winners including Abacadabras in his latest starts over hurdles while Alfa Mix loved the heavy ground when winning easily at Tramore. Rhythm Divine keeps finding one or two too good and was beaten 10l in a Listed contest here in May but Anything Will Do looked a smart prospect in testing ground at Wexford and has to be a live threat.
