Verdict

Gottardo was placed yet again when runner-up at Newcastle and finished ahead of both Scoffsman and Gold Hunter at this venue before that. Star Of Valour won a lower grade contest over course and distance last month to finally open his account while Perfect Grace gets a change of headgear dropping back down in trip having won over 1m2f earlier in the year. Canadian George is not badly treated back on the Flat but a chance is taken BALLET RED improves having undergone wind surgery since placed at Chepstow in June and gets a speculative vote to open her account.
