Verdict

Nicky Hendeson won this in 2005 and JENKINS was so impressive at Newbury three weeks ago that the beautifully-bred son of Azamour can follow suit. Brelade has a more conventional jumping pedigree and his close second to the very useful Aspen Colorado on his debut at Leopardstown will ensure the UK raider doesn't have things his own way. His stable also run Hardline, who went for 155,000 euros after comfortably beating two rivals on the point-to-point course here in February. Allardyce was a 20/1 chance when runner-up on heavy going at Limerick and the better ground should be in his favour while Moulin A Vent, who is by Sagamix, could prove the pick of the newcomers.
