Verdict
IRISH SOUL has won a bumper in heavy ground and could hardly be in better form over timber having scored easily at Fairyhouse recently. A 9lb rise shouldn't prevent a quick follow-up though the 6lb extra Killogan Lass has to carry after her success at Gowran doesn't look enough to stop her being in the firing-line again. Never A Secret didn't enjoy testing ground at Ballinrobe after her Kilbeggan victory and though Turnonthegas will thrive in the conditions his jumping let him down badly here last time. St Killian's Run is well handicapped compared to his chase rating but is still a maiden over timber.
