ASKANN (NAP) looked set for a career over fences when a close second on her chasing debut at Ballinrobe but then unseated her rider at Roscommon and reverted to hurdles with a victory at Down Royal. She's up 6lb but hasn't had much racing and should make enough progress to go in again. Tokyo Getaway, a winner between the flags, will have found the trips too short in her three starts in maiden hurdles and this should be more to her liking while Peterstown led for a long way in a 2m4f Wexford maiden in June though conditions could be a problem. Shantelle makes a quick reappearance after finding 2m much too short at Gowran on Saturday and this is much more like her trip and ground.
